Alberta Environment & Parks (AEP): Adaptation Resilience Training (ART) Program - Back by Popular Demand!

The Adaptation Resilience Training (ART) program is an Alberta-focused set of introductory courses that will be delivered online from March 9 to 17, 2022 at no cost. This free training will explore how Alberta’s climate is changing, how it is impacting your work as a professional in the sector, and how you can understand and manage climate risks in an uncertain future.

There are four pre-requisite courses that we are asking all professionals to attend:

March 9, 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM: The Weather Isn’t What It Used to Be: Separating Fact from Fiction about Climate Change
March 10, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Risks Around Us: Learning which Climate Risks are Important to Manage and How
March 15, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Making Dollars and Sense of Climate Change: Economic Aspects of Adaptation
March 17, 1:00 AM to 4:00 PM: But It’s so Cold Outside! How to Speak Effectively About Climate Change
