Application Fees

No refunds of fees are available if applications to join the ACPA or applications to reclassify the type of membership held within the ACPA are cancelled.

Membership Fees

No refunds of membership fees are available if membership in the ACPA is cancelled.

Event Registrations

Unless otherwise stated in the event registration form, cancellations received 30 days prior to an event will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administration charge. No refunds are available for cancellations received within 30 days of an event. Substitutions or transfers may be possible, depending on the event.
